Standout collections parade of SCAD main mode

  Francisco Costa and Andre Leon Talley were the biggest names in the SCAD fashion students at the end of

last week, but the school itself is just as big a splash in the savannah.

Tickets are (not even to get some students in the time) every year from now on, and I felt fortunate to be

one of the few fashion journalists that SCAD was nice enough to fly down for the event and a tour by the

school.

Around 200 students were only 35 selected to participate. Two to four eyes of each of her collections, they

had spent many sleepless nights slaving over-plucked were randomly for the show. The cast of models who had

composed mainly of students instructions from none other than Miss Y-yes, that Miss J-go and could so easily

fooled us into thinking they were the real thing.

A combination of talent and state clearly show-stopping looks caught our attention during the 40-minute

show. The show featured everything from stunning and well built daywear to evening wear colorful

embroidered, the avant-garde clothing, Men's clothing in quite enchanting. Some looks were over-the-top and

importable, while others were genuine commercial appeal. In any case, one could say that the work of some

talented kids are proud, hardworking.

The show began with a trio of magnificent ended (if unrealistic) glow-in-the-dark seems to have failed by a

standing ovation and a full on block party followed that little rain to put out a brake.
