According to a new survey, fashion people hate their jobs

Desperate for a job in fashion? You might want to reconsider. Fashion and workers are increasingly dissatisfied with their work in the retail sector, according to a recent study. And not only that, but they are also less satisfied with their life / career and more for another job search. The study, WWD reports, would of been 24 Seven, a recruiting firm in New York City based talent. According to the results, they were only 48% of people in the fashion and retail satisfied with their work and 86% said that they at least to open up new employment opportunities if it is not actively looking. Working in fashion, it is not uncommon to hear people complain about their work. And the jobs recovery is quite fast. But we also think to be true for other professions. At least fashion is more fun, right? Wrong (we suspect). So why are the workers miz? According to the report, some of this is due to the aftermath of the recession. Wage compensation improves the average rose 6% last year, the labor market is changing. "This is a very disruptive time in the industry, and the consolidation and the shift to e-commerce, workers will see less opportunities," said Celeste Gudas, President of 24 Seven. Of course, certain types of companies were found to be happier than other workers, these companies e-commerce and luxury, which is logical since these industries have flourished in the next recession. Satisfaction among employees was lower grades lifestyle. And if you do not work for e-commerce or company for luxury goods, it looks like freelancing is the way to go. According to the study, professionals have a better work / life balance, even more than last year. In addition, professionals are in high demand for executives surveyed. We knew that Lauren was on to something!   Perhaps explains some of the recent changes in the industry.
